the brief

Digital Bridge is at the leading edge of interactive community digital TV services. They engaged fecund to develop a face to face method of signing Shoreditch residents up to the service.

the solution

We began an in-depth consultation process to determine the perceived key benefits of the DB service within the organisation from a cross section of people and departments. The results were tested and refined on groups of potential customers and shaped into a “sales pack”.

We then hired and trained 15 teams of door knockers to visit over 4000 homes and administered and collated the results. The industry would expect a 2% average take up from this type of activity. We signed over 6%.
