Managing Documents in Islington case study

the brief

Islington Council are considering methods to reduce the amount of hard copy within the organisation. The policy document introducing these measures is very important, but it was proving difficult to get people to engage with the subject matter. We were asked to work with their technology partners Xerox, to conceive of an interesting way of presenting the information that would articulate the benefits of the proposed measures.

the solution

We deconstructed the content into clear and manageable sections. We then used quirky animation and visual gags to engage staff and drive them to the important information contained within it. It is soon to be distributed to every employee within the council.
